Returns and Refunds Policy
Bottled Water Refunds
There are no refunds or returns offered. All bottles need to be emptied, cleaned and refilled therefore we can not process refunds or returns on bottled water.
We offer the following refund/returns policy. For dead on arrival units or within 14 days of receiving the product we will accept the product as a return. A $20 pick up fee applies, which is charged against the refunded total.
We do not accept returns of products that have been physically altered or damaged in any way. For the 14 day period return, the product must be in full working order to receive a refund.
Dispenser Warranty Claims
Our chiller water dispensers come with a 12 month from purchase warranty. During this time if your dispenser stops working or breaks from manufacturing defect we will swap your dispenser for a new one. $20 pickup fee applies.
